Large Cut Crystal Of Fluorite - Blanchard Mine, NM in Albuquerque, NM
Description:
According to enclosed note, acquired from the Blanchard Mine south of Bingham, New Mexico in Socorro County in the 1950's. Specimen was cut from a large crystal of fluorite. Transparent pale blue with dark blue at edge with a purple band just in from exterior edge. Very interesting piece and bound to be a major find for any collector. Area of interior fracturing - slightly detracts from the overall quality of the specimen. About 121 grs in weight with an overall size of 80mm x 72mm x 9mm.Listing originally posted at http
