Need a RTO home in Alexandria, IN

We are looking for a 3 bedroom or more with 1.5 or more bathrooms in or outside Frankton, Lapel, Alexandria, or Elwood. In or around Frankton or Lapel is preferred. We do not want to be in Anderson school systems, but out in the country of these areas is fine. Fixer upper is fine, but needs to be livable and safe. No exposed wiring, holes in walls or ceilings ect, painting and small repair is fine. We have experince laying laminate and vinyl flooring and can do that is carpet is not good enough to clean. If larger repairs are needed we will need to discuss taking this into consideration with the monthly payments. Can pay a deposit, but would prefer to divide it up over the first 6 months payment if poosible. We would like to keep our rent in the $500 range, but will negotiate pricing. We'd like to be able to use our own washer and dryer if at all possible. This needs to be a home where we can do a lease option. We have 1 dog at this time, he is a 4 lb toy breed we keep kenneled when we are not home and he is too old for the chewing and barking antics, once he has passed we will not be getting another one. I cannot stand cats so we will never have one of those inside or outside. The home needs to accomodate 3 children, so a larger yard would be nice and on a quiet street if possible.
