Sublease Near Campus in Ames, IA

I am looking to sublease a bedroom in a 4 BR house from May-the end of July. The rent is 340 a month, but I am going to sign over my $360 deposit. This will effectively knock off $120/month to make rent $220 dollars.
The house is located on Howard Avenue, a 5 minute walk from campus. It is close to several bus stops, some area bars, and is in an overall nice location.
Another room might be available for rent if you are looking to move with someone.
