2014 Custom Built Motorcycles Bobber in Arlington, TN

This is the prototype for a model I will be producing in limited numbers. It uses an XB9R engine and suspension, with a custom built chassis.I used the wheelbase and rake/trail of the XB, but dropped the engine about 2", to get a little lower center of gravity. The rubber mounting system was retained for comfort and reliability. The exhaust was custom built with equal length headers and a reverse megaphone. It uses a 1.5 lb Lithium battery, which is housed in the custom battery box, just ahead of the rear wheel. I'm using a vintage Honda gas tank for the prototype, to really separate it from any modern production bikes. All the electronics and lighting are new. The engine is from a low mileage XB donor bike.
