Selling a wing-back arm chair. This is a very comfortable chair. I must get at least $200.00 OR BETTER from the sale of this chair so my price is firm. I have priced this to sell quickly. Chairs of this type retail between $400.00-$500.00. This chair is in excellent condition and the reason I am selling it is because I have to much furniture in my apartment, so I'm selling it to obtain more space and remedy my crowded living conditions.
