1993 Fleetwood Flair in Clermont, FL

I just recently flushed the radiator antifreeze fluid, put on new rear brake calipers, transmission fluid and filter, oil and filter change, rear differential oil change, sway bar bushings for cornering stability, and inner and outer tie rods. It does need an alignment now that it has new tie rods, and AC unit on front motor needs recharged.The engine is a Chevy 454 built in Tonawanda, NY. 4 Leveling Jacks (2 in front, 2 in rear)Roof AC unit is electric and fully chargedFloor Heat unit under sofa and runs on propane (full tank) This RV has had a major face lift. I was planning on going up north with it to live in, so I insulated the bedroom walls, living area, and roof. I also put on a new EPDM liner on roof designed to keep it watertight for 25 years, and added new vent covers, exhaust fans, and AC cover. The interior living area has new paneling on walls. A brand new Kenmore 10.7 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer provides a nice amount of room for cold foods.
