Crankdown icehouse in Crookston, MN

This is a 5'x8' crankdown house i built in 2006. I havent used it in a couple years and is just sitting in the backyard taking up space. It is maintenance free. Vinyl siding and a steel roof. Very well insulated. Has a wall mount heater, ceiling fan with lights, stereo, solar panel to charge battery and a power inverter. It is a nice house. Im asking 1200 but i will negotiate.
