Couch was purchased for a model unit but ended up being too small for the space. It is brand new, and has literally never been sat on!! Measures 62" long x 29" deep. If I'm not mistaken, it is a piece from one of the Paul Robert collections (can be found at At Home or Z Gallerie), and was originally close to $1000... Asking $600 OBO - PU in Homewood!
