2004 Honda Reflex 250cc Scooter RED -3203 miles in Lebanon, PA

This Honda Reflex scooter is basically still new. It has never been dropped. With only 3203 miles on it, it's never been ridden much either. The little woman did fine for a bit, got scared one time, and that was it. I have a 400cc Suzuki for both of us, so I don't need the 250cc. Strong power, great for the highway, but will still get you 70 mpg.
