From Aleister Crowley Antique Qalam Zani Embossed Brass Lid & Pan

This belonged to Aleister Crowley and I'm selling it for it's artistic historical value not as a ritual object or whatever he used it for. It's a one and only antique brass lid embossed in the Qalam Zani form of art in the mid to late 1700's.Embossed on the lid is the image of the wall of at Persepolis with 10 kings and a scribe. One of the Kings is Darius fighting a winged beast. Some of the other kings have wings and some have spears and daggers.Someone crudely attached the pan with a handle that's not near as old as the lid.At the time this was done the engraver that embossed this had to be a master at his craft to get such fine detail in the faces, hair and crowns along with the interesting items in the back round.Notice were the lever is placed to open the lid. This was no accident. This along with several other items and over 50 pages of writing that belonged to Crowley were passed on to me by a relative who knew him well. The writings will never see the light of day.It measures 6 3/4" round and is 11" long to the handle.I'll take best reasonable offer for this.
