This early-mid 1969 Les Paul Custom features; a 3-piece mahogany neck without a volute, non-early spec. short neck tenon, no "Made in USA" stamp, a sandwich construction mahogany body, a 3-piece, glossy Ebony/Black lacquer finish, an Ebony fingerboard with pearloid block inlays, T-Top Pat. sticker (PAF-like) humbucking pickups, Kluson "waffle back" tuning machines,a Tune-o-matic bridge with metal saddles, a light-weight stop tailpiece, all gold hardware, original pick guard, changed output jack plate (vintage anodized gold), re-fretted, and original rectangular black Gibson hardshell case with yellow interior.
