18' Jayco double axle Travel Trailer in Mishawaka, IN

Double axle 1977 Jayco Travel Trailer (not a pop-up or tent trailer). Four brand NEW tires just put on in May. Can sleep four persons comfortably or six if some are small children. Exterior in good (not perfect) condition, interior is also in good shape for its age; the upholstery is worn in spots; the ceiling has some stains in the bathroom from water damage and the bathroom floor has a soft spot. Other water damage around front window has been repaired and the window completely reframed. The roof was just re-sealed. Fridge, lights, stove and heater work. No A/C but a window air conditioner could be added through a small pop-out window on the side. Water pump works and pumps water from holding tank but the drain system has a leak somewhere. Taillights and turn signals work. Comes from non-smoking household. Don't expect perfection, but is useable for the price offered. Dry weight is 3800 lbs. See photos for more about condition.
