2009 MEITIAN MT50QT-13 SCOOTER / MOPED 49cc in Newport, RI

This is a 2007 model scooter purchased in 2009. It is in excellent condition. It starts right up on one kick start. It has been sitting for a while so it needs a new battery (lights turn on but do not blink)--INCLUDED! Along with the scooter I am including the manual, helmet (adult medium), new battery, battery tender kit, new mirrors, and storage trunk.
