LIKE NEW ALVAREZ 6 String Acoustic RD20S W/Case in Orlando, FL

Hi there! I am selling an Alvarez RD20S 6-string acoustic guitar that is used, but in EXQUISITE condition along with a case. There are no dings, scratches, warping, etc. I bought this guitar about 4 years ago for over $300 and the case was on sale for about $45. This guitar has been well-played and well taken care of. I've become very busy over the last year and haven't been able to play much and since in my house the rule is "if it's not being used it goes", it's time to sell it.
