OBO GORGEOUS KAWAI Piano! Excellent appearance/working condition in Orlando, FL

This is a beautiful Kawai tall upright piano and bench with a walnut finish. The serial number is K[removed phone] under emblem and the number CE-7 rests inside just under the right side. This piano has always remained in a climate-controlled environment as it has been a family item. Included, but not pictured, is a built in dehumidifier (that is located in the back of the piano). The piano will likely need a good tuning--that being said, it has held its pitch strikingly well.The action is in good condition; with all keys functioning properly. The felt and hammers are in fantastic condition. There are no noticeable double-strikes and there are no known cracks in the sound board. The sustain and damper pedals are functioning properly. The bench "lid" (not pictured) lifts to reveal storage space for music, metronomes, tuning forks, etc. There are NO cracks to the interior cabinet or soundboard.This piano is priced to sell. I am going to be moving from the house I currently live in, into a much smaller apartment and I have to sell this beauty sadly.
