Antique R.C.W. Original Wood Butter Churn in Palm Harbor, FL

Vintage Richmond, Virginia Cylinder Churn. A butter churn made of white cedar, metal crank with wooden handle, metal/iron bands, complete with internal paddles. Has the original engraved trademark of RCW of Richmond, Virginia.
Stands 17 inches tall and 18 inches wide from the end of handle to end of the axle pin.
The barrel is 15 inches in diameter and 11 ½ inches wide. It is approximately a 3 gallon size and weighs 14 pounds.
It is in working order as the paddles (dashers) rotate while turning the handle. The iron bands are original and show signs of it?s age. There are other signs of age but overall it is in good condition.
This is a very nice example of a cylinder churn and a perfect addition to a vintage farm kitchen collection.
