1981 Polaris 630cc [phone removed in Portland, OR

1981 Polaris Odyssey, not a Honda . one seater.
4 point harness safety belt. Smoothie tires on front, back tires good tread.
It has an arctic cat 500 snow mobile engine boarded out to 630cc.
Motor runs, everything works perfectly.
The only thing that is wrong is the throttle cable needs to be connected to the pedal, the brakes need to be connected to the pedal and I have the throttle cable and the brake cable and caliber, I just am not a fabricator, I dont know how to weld. This is a true mad max machine.
