Harness Writers Assn pin old sterling US in Saint Petersburg, FL

Nice early racing related item. It says across the top us harness writers assn. Done in sterling and enamel on back, which is hard to see is the makers name, I only can make out the word sterling, most likely the maker around the word sterling. On the front in the background is the number 899, this pin might be a media pass?????? My scan on front shows only a little of wording because of the scanner not getting a closer scan because of the two prongs for pinning on back, but it is solid as far as information. About an inch across, by 3/4 inch- nice shape!!!!!!! I am listing some important civil war photos and memorabilia, classic Denton fish prints, fishing books and sports fan collectibles.
