2 Dissasembled B18A1 LS (Mechanic Special) (fremont / union city / newark in San Francisco, CA

I have a Disassembled B18A1 LS Integra Motor for sale No tranny. I broke it down to rebuild it, but because of lack of free time and space I've decided to just sell it. It comes with all Internals and the B18A1 Block, LS Head w/Valve cover, and Intake manifold. A Brand New Never opened Rebuild Kit with all correct Internal Bearings, Seals, Gaskets, Piston Rings (it was like $300 have proof of purchase). Needs an Oil Pan and various externals (Dizzy, Fuel Rail, Ect..) The head will also need a few things asking $600obo For it all.
I also have another Disassembled B18A1 Short Block Which had a Spun bearing, I do have another B18A1 block for it but it will need a new rod and some machine work on the crank. Looking for $300obo for block and all internals. Same situation as above with externals and oil pan.
