This rack features reinforced steel tubing with a black powder coat finish. It also has a pivoting elbow joint that can be secured with a steel pin allowing SUV and hatchback drivers to access their cars from the rear. To ensure that the rack does not wiggle in the hitch receiver, Yosemite Valley Gear has designed it with a threaded hitch pin permitting the user to tighten it when needed.
