ECU 97 VW Jetta in Seattle, WA

I have two ECU's for a 97 VW-Jetta. They both work. Please check your current ECU #. AUTOMATIC and MANUAL transmissions are different and the ECU's cannot be crossed. Part # [removed phone] - I have M and E.........."M" is for the MANUAL transmissions and "E" is for AUTOMATIC transmission. I retained this details by reading many VW-Jetta/Golf forums on the internet (Google). Please do your research to be certain which 1 you need or what will work.
