Roommate wanted - private room and bath - Ballard in Seattle, WA

I'm looking for someone to take over my current roommate's lease (start date flexible and would be prorated) until the end of September with the option to renew the lease after.The room that is available is not furnished and has a private, attached bathroom. The room fits a full size bed spaciously and has a big closet with built in shelves (also curtains). Our unit is the top unit in a 5 unit building with no neighboring walls. There is a lot of natural light and a pretty large balcony (perfect for growing plants). There is free onsite laundry with brand new machines. We are also perfect walking distance to everything in Ballard, and an easy bus ride into downtown. Ballard is an awesome neighborhood to live in, lots of amazing restaurants and bars and breweries, a great farmers market every Sunday, local theater and post office, and an assortment of gyms, yoga studios and fitness centers. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and was remodeled a year ago by the landlord with brand new appliances. Parking is included in rent, and the unit has two tandem spaces (one covered). Everything is included in rent except wifi and electricity. Rent is $1050 per person* with a $500 security deposit due upon move in.
