Black 2004 Honda VTX 1300c - 20k Miles in Somerset, KY

Black 2004 Honda VTX 1300c. A little over 20.5k miles.
Bike is pretty much stock. Includes a backrest. Also includes a windshield in OK condition. I was told this was actually from a 750. It looks good on the bike and works great. I will also include a new helmet.
The tank has a small blemish. I'm not for sure what it is, it was there when I bought the bike. The rear fender has two minor scratches due to me accidently dropping the back rest during installation. The left rear turn signel base is cracked but functional.
I didn't get a chance to really ride the bike this past season. I'm just throwing it out to see if I get anyone interested. I don't have to sell it and will not respond to any low ball offers. If I don't receive any serious offer, I'll just wait until spring to relist the bike.
Asking $5,900 or best reasonable offer. I am not interested in any trades.
