1 bedroom in 4 room Somerville apartment in Somerville, MA

Hi there - We currently have a large room available in a 4 bedroom house! The three current roommates are in their mid 20s working in Boston (one woman, two men). We're looking for someone to move Feb 22nd - March 1st who is kind, clean and enjoys occasional Hulu/ Netflix binges.The room is very large with a skylight, another window and closet. I am willing to sell my Queen bed frame from Ikea + mattress (one year old), and black 4 drawer dresser!It's a HUGE house with plenty of space, including a screened in deck and a backyard with plenty of greenery. There is an island in the kitchen, a breakfast nook with chairs, two living rooms, a full dining room, two full bathrooms - really the works. We have parking in the driveway, a dishwasher, and energy saver washer and dryer. Utilities are not included but have been very reasonable since we've perfected the thermostat!The apartment is a [removed phone] min walk to Davis, [removed phone] min walk to Teele square, and you can catch the 94 or 96 buses right around the corner on Boston Ave. Our lease ends August 31 but each person has the option of signing on for another year.
