1963 Plymouth Valiant Convertible in Stockton, CA

Rebuilt slant 6, new alternator, new water pump, new brake lines. The car looks & runs great, great gas mileage, motor does not smoke when starting or when running. The convertible top is in fair condition meaning, it has no tears or rips, one hinge is broken & it needs a new back window. I had it listed for $4500 but found out that was NOT non-opt, & the fee calculator (DMV) came up with $686 in back fees. So I reduced price $1000. Now I'm asking $3500.
