This bike is a prime example of a mid 80's high-end race bike and exactly the kind of bike you'd see used in the Tour de France during this time. Full campagnolo chorus group. The bikes integrity can be vouched for by the employees at KLM Bike & Fitness who helped me source parts and restore it to its glory days.
The vintage campagnolo/bullseye wheelset (which i'm positive you wont find this hub/hoop combo anywhere) alone costs $500+, and thats without tires (2 Continental Gatorskins would cost another 100$)
The frameset is widely considered as the nicest steel tubeset you can buy. Columbus SLX tubing, and Campagnolo dropouts. If i had to choose the two best tubesets on the market in the late 60's,70's and 80's, itd be between Columbus SLX and TSX, hands down.
