1997 Bianchi Reparto Corse Frame/Fork in Signature Celeste in Troy, MI
The Reparto Corse is Bianchi's highest-end model, and also, the only model of Bianchi's lineup that is still HAND MADE in Italy. Everything else you see from bianchi after the late 80's is made in Taiwan. What this means is that this frame is used on bikes that cost $2000 and more.
The tubing is cold-drawn Dedacciai Zero. For reference, Dedacciai makes 3 different steel tube-sets. Deda Zero, Zero UNO, and Zero Tre. Deda Zero is the lightest, UNO being the middle-end, and Tre being the heaviest. Long story short, this is Dedacciai's highest-end tubeset you can find...(if you can even find it, that is). I would put this into comparison of Columbus SL or Reynolds 853.
To give you something to compare too, this is a Pista frameset made of Zero Tre (the heaviest) tubing. I personally would put that frame to be worth around 5-600 rather than 800, but it gives you an idea of what something like the frame i have for sale would be worth.
