2007 Lemond Fillmore Single Speed/Fixed Gear in Troy, MI

Excellent condition with the only signs of wear on the top tube from a bike lock. This was the first higher-end bike i bought. The bike is essentially stock for the most part except the Nitto RB-21 bullhorns.
I bought this bike from a friend a few years back for half the MSRP. My friend (Jake) purchased this bike for $1100 new in late 07.
Since i have owned it, it has NEVER received a scratch or ding and has been stored inside for over a year now.
After a few months of owning it, i purchased a new wheelset for it. The wheelset is comprised of Velocity B43's in orange, laced with black DT Swiss spokes to a pair of super nice black Grand Compe hubs. The wheelset set me back $340. I then purchase 2 new Continental Gatorskin tires for $100. This wheelset was used for the remaining month of the season and have not seen the road since.
My friend Tae Wuh can vouch for me on all of this information, as he rode this bike with Jake in Detroit a few times before i even purchased it.
I also have the original Alex wheelset and would be willing to swap out the velocity wheelset for a price reduction.

I'm working on getting some closeup pictures of the bike (for now, its the bike with the orange rims in the picture), i just need to get access to the shed it is currently stored in. The snow is making this task more difficult.
