$100 Microfiber sofa with pull out bed

Have a sofa for sale. Converts into a pull out bed for overnight guests. Pull out bed has only been used a handful of times, and plastic has never been removed. The couch is about 7 years old and has a little bit of wear and tear. The right armrest is slightly loose, but can easily be fixed with a staple gun at the original joint.
