2008 Razor by Heartland 35?6? toyhauler excellent condition with 2-slides sleeps 8, built-in Onan 4000 generator starts from inside 5th wheel. Kitchen has U-shaped dinette slides out (sleeps 2), TV/DVD/CD/Radio, microwave, 4-burner stove with oven, auto gas/electric refrigerator, AC, heater, fantastic vent fan, maxi vent covers, hot water heater (gas or electric), new deep cycle battery, front awning and outside shower nozzle for cleaning fish (or dirty children). Front bedroom with queen sized bed (sleeps 2) slides out, large mirrored closet, six drawer dresser, bathroom sink, medicine cabinet, lower cabinet, toilet, separate large shower. The back toyhauler section is separated from main section with a regular door, has two queen beds (sleeps four) that come down hydraulically or in up position when 4-wheelers, golf cart, bicycles, freezer or whatever you wish to carry (2,500 lb limit), shelves full width of toyhauler section, rear cargo door/ramp is full width of trailer. Fuel station holds 28 gallons gasoline, fresh water 110, black 45, grey 90, 2 LP tanks, smoke alarm and CO sniffer. We do not smoke.
